Wedding Packages

THE BLISS PACKAGE

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

Our base fee of $8,840 includes: access to the farmhouse, private guest rooms, living room and full bathroom six hours prior to your ceremony for hair, make-up, pictures, and relaxing before the big moment; access to the property for the entire day, and throughout the evening until your departure (as late as 11 pm) on the day of your wedding. Please understand, for this package, the property must look the way you originally found it, with all personal items removed, prior to your departure that evening. The Barn is fully furnished with perimeter lighting, fully supplied fire pit and bathrooms.

• * A Planner or Day of Coordinator is required for all events. Our onsite Coordinator is available for four scheduled planning sessions, 8 hours of onsite coordination for your wedding day and rehearsal coordination at a rate of $2,000. *

• White Garden Chairs for 150

• 15 ten foot Barn Board Farm Tables with chairs

• Choice of Ceremony Lawn with Wooden Birch Arbor or Flower Garden

• Fully Lit Barn Interior with Custom Chandelier, Built in Bar and Furnished Loft

• Over 300 Feet of Outdoor Bistro Lighting in Place.

• 360 square foot furnished Barn Deck

• Lawn Games, Fire Pit and Bench Seating

• Facilities Signage, Large and Small Chalkboard Easels

• Full Flushing Guest Bathrooms

• Farm House, private guest rooms, living room and full bathroom

• On Site Parking to Accommodate 150 Vehicles

• Covered Catering Facilities with Walk-In Cooler, Running Water, Power and (4) 10x10 Pop Up Tents

• Setup and Breakdown Service of Farm Tables and Dining Chairs arranged per your specifications, Ceremony Chairs in your chosen ceremony location, Lawn games, fire pit. Please note, Setup & Breakdown Service does not include any floral, personal decorations or table dressings.

   

THE JOY PACKAGE

Friday through Sunday

Our base fee of $10,750 includes all that’s included in the Bliss package and much more: access to the property the day prior to your wedding ceremony for you to set-up, decorate, additional lighting, rehearsal dinner etc.; access to the Farmhouse throughout the day of your ceremony for hair, dressing, pictures, and relaxing before the big moment; access to the property, Farmhouse, private guest rooms, living room and full bathroom the entire day of your ceremony and into the night (as late as 12 am). This package does not include an overnight stay at the Farm nor camping for your guests. You are able to return on Sunday for brunch, final pictures, and clean-up/breakdown of your event.

THE LOVE PACKAGE

Friday through Sunday 

Our base fee of $11,500 includes: everything that is included The Joy Package, but additionally makes our Farmhouse available for one overnight stay on Saturday evening. This rental sleeps 4 people in two private guest rooms, living room with sofa, a full farmhouse kitchen, one full bath, and open porch. Along with this, we also include a large space for your guests to camp and tent out (no RV campers please). If you are interested in renting the farmhouse for an additional stay on Friday and/or Saturday night, please add $525 to the package price.

* A Planner or Day of Coordinator is required for all events. Our onsite Coordinator is available for four scheduled planning sessions, 8 hours of onsite coordination for your wedding day and rehearsal coordination at a rate of $2,100. *

*Caswell Farm & Wedding Barn is happy to cater your rehearsal dinner or small pre-wedding platters for any of the packages above. For the Joy and Love packages, we'll also gladly cater your post-wedding day brunch. All pricing of wedding packages are good on contracts signed through June of 2024, after which prices are subject to change.

THE WHIMSY PACKAGE

Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

Our special rate of $5,200 includes: everything that is included in the Bliss Package at a special midweek rate and includes our full setup and breakdown services. This Package is the perfect choice for an intimate elopement or distinguished family wedding. This package does not include an overnight stay at the Farm nor camping for your guests, but does include access to the Farmhouse, private guest rooms, living room and full bathroom throughout the day of your ceremony for hair, dressing, pictures, and relaxing before the big moment.

THE RETREAT PACKAGE

Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

Perfect for Corporate Events, Wellness Retreats or Business Meetings. Our day rate of $4,135 includes access to our fully furnished barn, our 50 acre property with plenty of space for breakout groups and tables and chairs for up to 150 people. Our property includes Wifi and Food + Beverage Packages are available.

Caswell Farm & Wedding Barn works with our partners at The Bar Association and Barn & Table Catering to offer a variety of options incorporating Venue Rental, Custom Catering and Bar Service. Please reach out for a quote! We pride ourselves on delivering a service that reflects your vision of a perfect night. Our team will collaborate on crafting delicious libations and a beautiful, seasonal meal that is unique to your own story and traditions, helping to make your celebration unforgettable.
